Gorilla Cleaning – Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By making a booking with Gorilla Cleaning—whether through our website, by phone, email, SMS, or any form—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you book on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and accept responsibility for payment and compliance with these terms.


2. Payments & Late Fees

  • All invoices are due within 14 days from the invoice date, unless stated otherwise.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $15 will be added to the invoice.

  • Additional recovery costs (such as debt collection fees) may be charged if the invoice remains unpaid for an extended period.


3. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and cover operational costs, the following cancellation fees apply:

Standard Bookings

  • More than 48 hours before service:
    No cancellation fee.

  • Between 48 and 24 hours before service:
    A $50 cancellation fee applies.

  • Less than 24 hours before service:
    A 70% cancellation fee of the total booked service applies.

Same-Day Bookings

  • Cancellation fees do not apply to same-day bookings, as these services are already confirmed and scheduled immediately.


4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice attracts a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice is free.


5. Access to the Property

  • The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • If cleaners cannot access the property (locked, no key, no one present), it may be treated as a late cancellation, and fees may apply.


6. Service Quality & Re-Cleaning

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We may offer a re-clean of the specific areas, subject to fair assessment.


7. Safety & Working Conditions

  • Our cleaners have the right to refuse work if they feel unsafe or if the property conditions pose a health risk.

  • Additional fees may apply for extremely dirty, hazardous, or unexpected conditions.


8. Liability

  • Gorilla Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, fragile items, or items that were not properly secured.

  • Customers must inform us of any sensitive surfaces, delicate materials, or damaged areas before cleaning.


9. Bond Cleaning Disclaimer

  • Although we provide high-quality end-of-lease cleaning, we cannot guarantee bond return, as final decisions are made by the landlord or agent.

  • Any re-clean requests must be submitted within 72 hours of service.


10. Changes to Terms

Gorilla Cleaning may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of booking will apply.
